How to Make the Perfect Bread Omelette: A Step-by-Step Guide
Ingredients:
3 eggs 2 slices of bread 1 tablespoon of oil Salt to taste
Black pepper to taste 1/4 teaspoon of turmeric powder 1/4 teaspoon of coriander powder
1/4 teaspoon of red chili powder 1/4 cup of chopped onions
1/4 cup of chopped capsicum 1/4 cup of chopped coriander leaves
Instructions:
Break the eggs into a bowl and whisk them well. Add the salt, black pepper, turmeric powder, coriander powder, and red chili powder (if using).
Add the chopped onions, capsicum, and coriander leaves (if using). Mix everything well. Heat the oil in a pan over medium heat.
Pour the egg mixture into the pan and spread it out evenly. Cover the pan and cook the omelette for 2-3 minutes, or until the bottom is set.
Place one slice of bread on top of the omelette.
Carefully fold the omelette in half, with the bread inside. Cook for another 1-2 minutes, or until the bread is golden brown and the omelette is cooked through.
