Ingredients:

1 packet instant ramen noodles
2 cups chicken or beef broth
1 tablespoon gochujang (Korean chili paste)

1 teaspoon soy sauce
1/2 teaspoon sesame oil
1/4 teaspoon garlic powder

1/4 teaspoon onion powder
1/4 teaspoon black pepper
1/4 teaspoon red pepper flakes (optional)

1 green onion, chopped
1 egg, hard-boiled and sliced

Instructions

Bring the broth to a boil in a medium saucepan.

Add the gochujang, soy sauce, sesame oil, garlic powder, onion powder, black pepper, and red pepper flakes (if using). Stir to combine.

Add the ramen noodles to the broth and cook according to package directions.

While the noodles are cooking, hard-boil the egg. Peel and slice the egg.
