Mayilsamy was a well known Tamil actor and comedian who passed away at the age of 57

He was known for his supporting roles and comedic performances in more than 200 films in Tamil cinema

Some of his most acclaimed roles include 'Dhool', 'Vaseegara', 'Ghilli', 'Giri', 'Uthamaputhiran', 'Veeram', 'Kanchana', and 'Kangalal Kaidhu Sei'.

Mayilsamy had been ill for some time,On 18 February, he became restless.

His family took him to Porur Ramchandra Hospital

Unfortunately, Mayilsamy died on the way to the hospital.

When he reached the hospital, the doctors confirmed his death.
