CBFC Cuts Animal: Intimate Scene, Cuss Words, and More
The Central Board of Film Certification (CBFC) has deleted close-up shots of an intimate scene in Ranbir Kapoor's upcoming film "Animal".
The board has also asked the makers to modify certain cuss words in the film.
The film, which is directed by Sandeep Reddy Vanga, also stars Anil Kapoor and Bobby Deol. It is scheduled to be released in cinemas on December 1.
The censor certificate, which was leaked online, states that the board has asked the makers to delete close-up shots of an intimate scene between the characters of Vijay and Zoya.
The board has also asked the makers to modify the word 'costume' to 'vastra'.
Some dialogues, "Kabhi nahi" and "Kya bol rahe ho aap" have also been modified.
The word "Natak" has been muted and a subtitle have been changed to "You change pads four times a month".
These changes were made after the makers submitted the film to the CBFC for certification.
